Second Donate Option

What i wouldt like is another donate option next to paypal.
The one i'm looking for is Egold and 2checkout.
Both options use almost the same variables as paypal does so i think it's not that hard to add.

Maybe you can add a dropdown box with the 2 or 3 options instead of the paypal image.
