Adding Blank Portal pages

Ive used the ezportal on phpbb2, and used this option/feature before. http://smartor.is-root.com/viewtopic.php?t=416

And now i have a site running phpbb3, and phpbb3portal, and want to get it setup to kinda do the same thing.

Has anyone done this yet, or figured it out?
