ACP CONTROLLS

hi
i have posted in another topic too,but i think creating a new topic will b quicke to get help
well first of all when i add google ads code in ACP portal it says that The entered value for the setting “Ads code” is too long. The maximal allowed length is 255.
and i read in another post that i have to go through styles tab in acp
but i dun have any style tab

and secondly i dont know how to access code page so i can edit portal...and make changes
