Global announcements - pull id not working

Hi!
I've got a problem, (which makes me very lucky, only one problem ), and that is, no matter what i set the global announcements pull id to, it always pulls from all forums. And can i make it only pull global announcements and not both global and normal announcements?

Anyways, my server is down until the mid of summer since I'm moving to usa from Sweden.
So when it comes up it'll be on:
http://spangagymnasiumselevrad.se/forum
(Theres only a reserve page there right now)

The news block works great, with pull id's and so on.

If this is a common issue (I did some search but didn't find much) please tell me the answer, otherwise I guess that I'll just have to wait 'til it's up and running again to start fixxing and searching errors
