Missing folder

I installed the portal and it is working fine. One question. I see empty boxes in the top of my page...
These are the properties of one of the boxes..

w.----------.nl/forum/portal_images/flag/tr.png

I can not find the folder portal_images and flags. What do I miss. Can anybody help me.
Removing the line with flags is also an option...
